His life demonstrated that true greatness is found in serving others, lifting people up, and creating opportunities that allow future generations to succeed.
Inspired by his example, our organization exists to continue that work by investing in people and communities through education, scholarships, mentorship, outreach, and empowerment initiatives.
Every program we offer reflects our belief that lasting change begins when individuals are equipped with hope, resources, and opportunity.

This honor recognizes Akia’s commitment to serving others through community outreach, scholarships, leadership, and creating opportunities that empower individuals and families. Inspired by the legacy of her father, Johnnie “Big Daddy” Ball, she continues to lead with compassion, purpose, and a vision to make a lasting impact for generations to come.
